What are Pawsome Staycation's operating hours?

Our place is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, our 'office hours' are Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm. If you need to drop off or pick up your pet outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.

Do you have a shopfront?

No, we do not have a shopfront (do not confuse us with other stores with similar name). We offer home-based boarding for your pets to ensure they receive personalized attention and care in a comfortable and safe environment. Our response time is typically within 3 days. We make every effort to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible, but please understand that our team may be attending to the needs of our furry guests during busy times. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Do you operate on public holidays?

Yes, we operate on public holidays. However, please note that there will be no check-in or check-out on the day itself. Additionally, a surcharge will apply for pets staying with us on public holidays. Please contact us for more information on the surcharge.

How many dogs do you take in?

At Pawsome Staycation, we limit the number of dogs we take in to no more than two at a time. However, we do make an exception for our regular clients who we have an established relationship with. We want to ensure that each dog gets the attention and care they deserve while staying with us.

Our smaller capacity also allows us to provide a more personalized experience for your furry friend.

Can I drop by to have a look?

Yes, you are welcome to visit us. However, please note that all visits are by appointment only and we only allow visits on Fridays between 11am to 7pm. This is to ensure that we are able to give our full attention to our furry guests and maintain a calm environment for them.

Does my dog need to be on prevention and vaccinated?

Yes, all dogs staying with us at Pawsome Staycation are required to be up to date on their vaccinations and on a preventative medication for fleas, ticks, and heartworm. We want to ensure the health and safety of all pets staying with us. If your dog is not up to date with vaccinations, we recommend a titer test to ensure their immunity against common diseases. Please bring proof of vaccinations or titer test results upon check-in.
